Our global Financial Services client is seeking to recruit a Senior Healthcare Investment Banker to lead new business development and revenue generating relationship management with large-cap leveraged/high yield healthcare issuers in North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead new business development, relationship management and revenue growth strategies with large-cap rated leveraged/high yield debt issuers in the diversified healthcare industry
  • Develop revenue generating relationships with C-level corporate borrowers and debt issuers in the North American Healthcare sector
  • Develop relationships that lead to client retention and long-term market penetration
  • Meet and exceed financial and strategic objectives set by group head
  • Collaborate closely with credit, analytics, marketing and sales to execute consistent commercial revenue growth strategy
  • Pursue and close new business and actively participate in client engagement activities (i.e., client visits, marketing presentations, etc.)
  • Educate clients on the competitive advantages the firm’s research and analysis offers
  • Gather and analyze client feedback and utilize results to hone client marketing strategy
  • Analyze global industry trends and produce actionable market intelligence
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve group revenue goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 years’ corporate or investment banking relationship management, leveraged finance, capital markets or syndicate banking experience
  • Demonstrated relationships with high yield/leveraged debt issuers and corporate borrowers in the North American Healthcare sector
  • Relationship / account management / client coverage experience
  • Broad knowledge of corporate debt capital markets deal process
  • Strong client-facing relationship management and negotiating skills
  • Ability to communicate strategic initiatives, identify customer needs, create actionable solutions and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • US travel required

Our elite global Financial Industry client is seeking to recruit a Senior Director to drive revenue generation through new business development and maintaining existing institutional investor relationships – leveraged loans investors, high yield bonds investors, bond portfolio managers, CLO managers, etc.  The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record in institutional fixed income/credit sales, trading or bond syndication and strong relationships with loan managers and  institutional investors.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive revenue generation through new business development and maintaining existing institutional investor relationships – leveraged loans investors, high yield bonds investors, bond portfolio managers, CLO managers, etc.
  • Leverage strong relationships with loan managers and  institutional investors to win new business mandates
  • Develop relationships with portfolio managers, traders, industry analysts and other key stakeholders at CLO, leveraged loan and high yield fund managers
  • Conduct and analyze market research, prepare pitches and deliver presentations to drive value propositions and ultimately originate new business mandates
  • Negotiate new business deals
  • Collaborate with origination and analytical teams across the structured credit group globally to maximize outreach efforts and messaging

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of institutional fixed income/credit sales, trading or bond syndication experience
  • Demonstrated relationships with CLO, leveraged loan and high yield fund managers and sophisticated fixed income and credit institutional investors
  • Advanced business development, client relationship management and strategic marketing skills
  • Ability to travel
