Our elite global Financial Industry client is seeking to recruit a Senior Director to drive revenue generation through new business development and maintaining existing institutional investor relationships – leveraged loans investors, high yield bonds investors, bond portfolio managers, CLO managers, etc. The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record in institutional fixed income/credit sales, trading or bond syndication and strong relationships with loan managers and institutional investors.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue generation through new business development and maintaining existing institutional investor relationships – leveraged loans investors, high yield bonds investors, bond portfolio managers, CLO managers, etc.
- Leverage strong relationships with loan managers and institutional investors to win new business mandates
- Develop relationships with portfolio managers, traders, industry analysts and other key stakeholders at CLO, leveraged loan and high yield fund managers
- Conduct and analyze market research, prepare pitches and deliver presentations to drive value propositions and ultimately originate new business mandates
- Negotiate new business deals
- Collaborate with origination and analytical teams across the structured credit group globally to maximize outreach efforts and messaging
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of institutional fixed income/credit sales, trading or bond syndication experience
- Demonstrated relationships with CLO, leveraged loan and high yield fund managers and sophisticated fixed income and credit institutional investors
- Advanced business development, client relationship management and strategic marketing skills
- Ability to travel
