Responsibilities:

  • Provide client service, marketing support, sales operations, RFP and investor reporting support for institutional investor business development and fundraising objectives
  • Assist in preparing, drafting and managing RFPs, DDQs and other investor data and reporting requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare and produce client, prospect and consultant reports
  • Maintain and manage consultant databases (FactSet, Barra, etc.)
  • Assist with various investor marketing initiatives and deliverables
  • Gather information and data from various third-party sources for investor reporting
  • Assist with compiling, preparing and managing materials for investor, consultant and prospective investor meetings
  • Assist with ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong business writing skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and databases
  • Strong team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to RFPs and client reporting preferred
  • Highly organized and motivated with exceptional attention to detail
