Our global Capital Markets client is seeking to recruit a Senior Relationship Manager to develop new business relationships and cover existing relationships and with high yield/leveraged North American corporate debt issuers in the, Industrials, Healthcare, Business Services, Power/Utilities and/or Transportation sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop new business relationships and cover existing client relationships with high yield and leveraged corporate debt issuer
- Collaborate with the global relationship management team and executive leadership to develop and execute strategic marketing plans
- Promote a cohesive messaging strategy that will help drive revenue and develop recurring business opportunities with existing customers and new prospects
- Work with global counterparts on cross-border business development opportunities
- Engage with customers and prospects to discuss industry trends, strategic opportunities across the fixed income and leveraged capital markets industry and to promote the firm’s competitive advantages and value-added propositions
- Develop market intelligence, competitive analysis, and industry research and analysis
- Create proposals, RFPs, new business pitch materials and marketing content
- Document client meetings and prospect outreach activity in internal databases and CRM systems
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ global corporate or investment banking industry coverage experience (Industrials, Healthcare, Business Services, Power/Utilities and/or Transportation sectors)
- Demonstrated new business development, strategic marketing and relationship management skills
- Well developed relationships with North American high yield/leveraged corporate issuers (CFOs, Corporate Treasurers, etc.)
- Ability and willingness to travel as required
