Our global Professional Services client is seeking to recruit a Finance Transformation Senior Manager level to manage multiple engagement teams delivering finance transformation consulting services with large global Wealth Management clients in the United States.  You will be responsible for leading new business development and client marketing efforts as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple finance transformation engagement teams in the delivery of professional consulting services and lead business development efforts with prospective Asset/Wealth Management customers
  • Advise large global clients on both fund-level and finance operations level (FP&A, Treasury, etc.) optimization, transformation, forecasting, planning, profitability and performance measurement engagements
  • Work closely with C-level management to help them better align their financial operating infrastructures within their business strategies
  • Lead multiple engagement teams to bring a wide range of capabilities, knowledge and insight to enhance the effectiveness of their finance and business operations
  • Work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver best in class advice that will enhance the client’s organizational, business process and technology capabilities
  • Lead C-level business development and strategic marketing initiatives across the Asset and Wealth Management verticals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience at a large global professional services/management consulting firm servicing global asset and wealth management clients
  • Big 4 experience strongly preferred
  • Experience servicing both fund-level and finance operations level engagements
  • Demonstrated experience leading engagement teams
  • Demonstrated business development and strategic marketing experience
  • Fundamental experience across multiple consulting capabilities: finance transformation, forecasting & planning, FP&A, profitability measurement, post-merger integration, etc.
  • Highly motivated and creative strategic problem solver
  • Collaborative leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams, provide effective feedback, and coach team members
  • Proven ability to work with senior-level clients in large matrixed organizations
  • Strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders
  • Ability and willingness to travel
