Our elite global Law Firm client is seeking to recruit a Senior Marketing Communications Coordinator to support executive visibility communications with a focus on conferences, industry events, speaking engagements and sponsorship opportunities for firm partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Support executive visibility communications with a focus on conferences, industry events, speaking engagements and sponsorship opportunities for firm partners
  • Manage a variety of project related to conference timeline tracking, eligibility deadlines, participation requirements, etc.
  • Streamline processes to track and organize conference and engagement participation
  • Help identify and recommend compelling conferences and visibility raising engagements for partners
  • Track internal approvals for conference participation and ensure arrangements are confirmed
  • Work closely with senior communications management and external stakeholders and vendors
  • Build and maintain relationships with elite financial and legal industry conference organizers and relevant industry sponsorship partners
  • Assist with scheduling media engagement and interview opportunities for partners and attorneys attending and speaking at conferences
  • Assist with special projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of public relations, media relations, marketing communications or executive visibility communications experience
  • PR Agency, Financial Services, Professional Services or Legal Services industry experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced project management skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to hit deadlines while managing competing priorities
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and business writing skills
  • Highly motivated and organized with a “can do” attitude
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholder
