Our elite global Financial Industry client is seeking to recruit a Senior Relationship Manager to perform new business development and maintaining existing relationships with CLO asset managers and loan capital markets / structured credit bankers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform new business development and maintaining existing relationships with CLO asset managers and loan capital markets / structured credit bankers
- Prepare marketing collateral and presentations and deliver pitches to originate new business
- Negotiate new business contracts and renewals and prepare associated fee letters and legal documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues across the structured credit relationship management team to maximize outreach efforts, new business generation and revenue retention with CLO asset managers and syndicate bankers
- Assist group leadership with special projects, competitive analysis, product development and strategic marketing initiatives
- Work closely with industry analysts to compelling marketing and pitch materials
- Work closely with marketing teams to coordinate market analysis and industry event participation
Requirements:
- 7+ years of CLO, loan capital markets, leveraged finance and structured finance experience
- Demonstrated ability to build commercial relationships and execute new business development initiatives
- Established contacts with CLO asset managers and structured finance syndicate bankers
- Fundamental knowledge of structured credit analysis
- Demonstrated ability to create bespoke marketing collateral and deliver client-facing pitches
- Prior structured finance business development experience at a syndicate bank, asset manager, credit rating agency or professional services firm strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree
