Our global Fintech client is seeking to recruit a Senior Relationship Manager to manage, grow and retain relationships with institutional clients in the OTC derivatives market.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, grow and retain relationships with institutional clients in the OTC derivatives market
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for individual clients
- Solicit user feedback and understand client requirements
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to develop new platform capabilities based on customer feedback
- Utilize consultative sales techniques to develop customized solutions for each client
- Proactively cross-sell and up-sell new products, services and features
- Provide superb client service skills and respond to inquiries and problems in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ client facing experience with institutional clients
- Experience in institutional derivative sales or trading preferred
- Broad knowledge of derivatives products and the capital markets industry
- Strong client service, relationship management and client development skills
- Ability to solicit and act on client feedback
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, driven and motivated personality
