Our global Fintech client is seeking to recruit a Senior Relationship Manager with broad institutional derivatives and capital markets experience to manage, retain and grow relationships with institutional clients in the OTC derivatives market.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key decision makers in the institutional capital markets industry
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for individual clients
  • Solicit user feedback and understand client requirements
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to develop new platform capabilities based on customer feedback
  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to develop customized solutions for each client
  • Proactively cross-sell and up-sell new products, services and features
  • Provide superb client service skills and respond to inquiries and problems in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience working directly with institutional clients
  • Deep knowledge of derivatives products and the capital markets industry
  • Prior experience in Account Management, Relationship Management or Derivatives Sales & Trading required
  • Ability to solicit and act on client feedback
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing, driven and motivated personality

Our global Fintech client is seeking to recruit an experienced Product Marketing Manager with deep knowledge of institutional derivatives and the apital markets industry to develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans to promote brand awareness, drive growth and improve customer retenation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans to promote brand awareness, drive growth and improve customer retenation
  • Collaborate closely with global marketing and product teams to promote and position platform services
  • Analyze market research and competitive intelligence to promote value, communicate the unique selling proposition (USP) and help the business stand out above its competitors
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and the firm’s marketing strategy to ensure products and services remain best in class
  • Create marketing collateral and draft through leadership pieces to support product promotion
  • Provide marketing support to the product team when bringing new products and services to market
  • Assit the marketing team with messaging strategy, lead generation and marketing campaign execution
  • Support sales and relationship management teams by developing comprehensive sales collateral
  • Track marketing KPIs and ROI
  • Assist with identifying and executing events in the US market

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years’ marketing experience in the capital markets industry
  • Deep understanding of the global derivatives and capital markets industry
  • Prior B2B markeing in the Fintech industry preferred
  • Advanced business writing, copywriting and marketing collateral development skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills (diagrams, workflows, etc.)
  • Demonstrated market research and market data analysis skills
  • Creative and critical thinking skills
  • Outgoing personality and highly motivated team player
