Our global Financial Services client is seeking to recruit a Relationship Manager to manage existing relationship and drive new business development with C-level treasury and finance stakeholders in the US insurance and reinsurance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business and revenue generating mandates with C-level treasury and finance stakeholders in US insurance and reinsurance industry
- Manage existing client relationships while consistantly developing new relationships with US insurers, insurance brokers and investment bankers
- Develop and implement an effective marketing strategy that will lead to successful penetration and revenue growth across the US insurance and investment banking industry
- Prepare pitches, proposals and marketing collateral
- Assist with the preparation of KYC compliance, legal documents and fee agreements for new business mandates
- Participate in industry events, roundtables, media events and join industry trade groups to help promote the firm and generate brand awareness
- Work closely with industry analysts, marketing communications and event management teams to prioritize and closed new business mandates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of business development, account management, relationship management or insurance/reinsurance industry analyst experience
- Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of corporate treasury and capital markets in the US insurance and/or reinsurance industry
- Relationships with senior treasury and corporate finance decision makers at US insurers, reinsurers, brokers or insurance/capital markets bankers preferred
- Creative and motivated with the ability to brainstorm, develop and execute new marketing ideas
- Strong client service skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
