Our Medical Supplies client is seeking to recruit an Inside Sales Manager to manage a team of 10 inside sales reps. The incumbent will have prior B2B inside sales / telephone sales and team management experience. Experience selling medical and/or dental supplies is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of inside sales reps responsible for selling dental products and supplies in the Northeast and Midwest regions
- Oversee day to day sales best practices and manage new revenue growth efforts
- Directly manage key vendor relationships and group practices
- Interact effectively with manufacturers and suppliers
- Work closely with customers to retain and grow revenue
- Coach, mentor and professionally develop inside sales reps
- Oversee and manage sales pipeline and territory planning activity
- Motivate sales reps and promote a team-oriented environment that rewards success
- Generate marketing ideas, including social media presence, to increase visibility for the firm’s products and services
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Demonstrated sales and business development experience in the Dental Product industry
- Prior experience managing and supervising an inside sales team in the healthcare products industry
- Well-developed pipeline management and territory development skills
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales-cycle, manage customer retention and drive revenue growth
- Demonstrated vendor and group practice relationships in the dental products industry
- Proven ability to motivate a sales team and drive consistent results
