Our global Fintech client is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive to prospect, develop and execute direct sales opportunities with treasury and cash management decision makers at banks throughout the US Southeastern region.  The platform provides reliable and trusted deposit funding, liquidity and balance sheet management solutions.  This is a remote work opportunity – the incument will be based out of the US Southeastern Region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute new direct sales opportunities with C-level treasury leaders at banks throughout the region
  • Educated customers on the benefits and value of onboarding the firm’s treasury solution platform
  • Work closely with marketing team on cohesive messaging and collateral development to maximize sales success
  • Provide customers with competitive analysis and market trend analysis and position the firm’s platform and product solutions as the best way of meeting their treasury, regulatory, deposit growth and liquidity challenges
  • Maximize pricing strategy to be competitive and profitable
  • Provide regular status updates to senior management
  • Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows and conferences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years’ treasury and cash management direct sales experience
  • Well developed relationships with C-level decision makers at banks in the US Southeastern region
  • Advanced knowledge of treasury management, cash management and balance sheet management solutions
  • Demonstrated relationship management and business development skills
  • Self-starter who is highly motivated and confident
  • Advanced “hunter” and negotiation skills
  • Travel required
  • Position can be based in any metropolitan area in the Southeastern region (Atlanta, Tampa, Charlotte, Washington DC, etc.)
