Our global Fintech client is seeking to recruit a Professional Services Director to maximize customer satisfaction by building strong partner alliances, successfully delivering strategic consulting services, and overseeing platform implementations and business transformation initatives globally.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class customer satisfaction by successfully delivering strategic consulting services, overseeing platform implementations and business transformation initatives and building strong partner alliances globally
- Manage professional services P&L
- Develop KPIs to measure project success and analyze market trends and their affect on the business globally
- Develop partner-focused professional services capabilities, organization vision and strategy and project implementation methodologies
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing leadership to implement partner strategies and manage key relationships within strategic customer accounts
- Gather and analyze customer feedback (positive and pain points) to improve product and service offerings
- Direct the professional services team (workflow and utlization), manage project budgets and ensure active projects meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements
- Recruit, mentor and manage a high-caliber professional services team
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ in the global professional services industry with demonstrated experience managing resources and partners globally
- Demonstrated experience managing complex global professional services projects from planning to delivery
- Experience working with customers in the global financial services industry
- Fundamental knowledge of the financial services risk management and regulatory compliance landscape
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute client strategies and growth objectives
- P&L management and project budget oversight experience
- Proven ability to build strategic alliances and partnerships with key stakeholders
- Creative, progessive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to change priorities quickly and manage through crisis situations
- Customer focused
- Prior team building, coaching and management experience
