Our global Financial Services client is seeking to recruit a Senior Sales Director to lead new business development and client development with institutional investors and insurance asset managers in the leveraged loan, high yield bond and syndicate loan markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead new business development and client development with institutional investors and insurance asset managers in the leveraged loan, high yield bond and syndicate loan markets
  • Drive revenue growth, client retention and market penetration in the leveraged loan, high yield bond and syndicate loan markets
  • Meet and exceed financial and strategic objectives set by group head
  • Collaborate closely with credit, analytics, marketing and sales to execute consistent commercial revenue growth strategy
  • Pursue and close new business and actively participate in client engagement activities (i.e., client visits, marketing presentations, etc.)
  • Educate clients on the competitive advantages the firm’s research and analysis offers
  • Gather and analyze client feedback and utilize results to hone client marketing strategy
  • Analyze global industry trends and produce actionable market intelligence
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve group revenue goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years’ credit, leveraged loan, high yield bond or syndicate loan sales experience
  • Deep knowledge of the leveraged loan, high yield bond and syndicate loan markets
  • Existing relationships with institutional investors, portfolio managers, traders and sector analysts at leading leveraged loan and high yield bond platforms
  • Advanced relationship building, client development and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate strategic initiatives,¬†identify customer needs, create actionable solutions and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to travel as required

Our global Private Credit client is seeking to recruit a Investor Relations Associate to support global fundraising and investor relations for their private credit funds and direct lending strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Support investor relations and fundraising efforts across a variety of global private credit and direct lending strategies and assist with institutional investor marketing and sales support
  • Provide senior leadership with investor relations, sales and marketing coverage support
  • Interact frequently with investors and provide timely responses to inquires for account information, data requests and fund performance analytics
  • Respond promptly to requests for RFPs, DDQs, RFIs and assist the sales team with ongoing client support and prospecting outreach
  • Update fund level pitch materials, client presentations, and client reports across a variety of products and investment strategies
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create innovative marketing collateral that will aid in fundraising efforts
  • Provide senior management with fund performance and fundraising data analysis reports on a monthly basis
  • Assist with special projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of business development, institutional fundraising or investor relations support experience
  • Broad knowledge of the institutional investment management and alternative investment management industry
  • Knowledge of private credit and direct lending investment strategies preferred
  • Demonstrated experience completing RFP, DDQ, RFI and investor data requests
  • Demonstrated experience developing compelling investor marketing collateral
  • Strong business writing and MS Excel skills
  • Bright, driven and highly motivated
  • Superb communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
