Our elite global Financial Services client is seeking to recruit a Senior Relationship Manager to manage existing accounts and originate new business and long-term revenue generating relationships with clients and prospective clients (debt issuers/borrowers) across the Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing accounts and originate new business and long-term revenue generating relationships with clients and prospective clients (debt issuers/borrowers) across the Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) industry
  • Collaborate with US and global relationship managers and other key stakeholders to execute a cohesive marketing strategy and support cross-border opportunities
  • Develop relationships that result in recurring revenue with existing clients and prospective customers
  • Promote the firm’s market capabilities and educate clients and prospective clients on the firm’s competitive advantages and value-added positions
  • Develop market intelligence, competitive analysis, and industry analysis
  • Assist with developing marketing materials, client presentations and pitchbooks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of business development, relationship management or debt capital markets syndication experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the broad non-bank financial institutions industry
  • Fundamental knowledge of the investment grade and high yield corporate debt market
  • Demonstrated ability to development, maintain and growth revenue generating relationships
  • Limited travel required

Our elite global Capital Markets Intelligence client is seeking an experienced Sales Director with demonstrated sales “hunter” and “closer” experience in the SaaS, Fintech or Financial Data industry to identify, prospect and close new business and build long-term revenue generating relationships with investors and risk management leaders in the US banking, credit union and financial institutions industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify, prospect and close new business and build long-term revenue generating relationships with investors and risk management leaders in the US banking, credit union and financial institutions industry
  • Build and manage a strong and balanced sales pipeline focused on consistently adding new qualified clients
  • Consistently prospect for new clients, follow up on leads and build pipeline momentum
  • Develop and lead targeted sales campaigns and provide demos to clients and prospects highlighting product capabilities and advocating product advantages vs. competitors
  • Proactively drive lead generation, product benchmarking, brand awareness and client retention initiatives
  • Utilize Salesforce throughout the entire sales lifecycle
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals consistently driving client value
  • Attend, participate in and represent the firm at industry conferences, sales kickoffs and client events consistently driving brand engagement and visibility
  • Analyze market conditions, remain informed of industry changes and stay abreast of competitor product offerings
  • Assist with new client onboarding and end-user training as required
  • Work closely with marketing, product and client service teams to ensure consistent firm messaging and drive client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Approximately 8+ years of B2B direct sales experience in the SaaS, Fintech or Financial Data industry
  • Demonstrated track record of success as a “sales hunter” and “sales closer”
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales lifecycle and manage a robust sales pipeline from client prospect to sales closing and ultimately client retention
  • Strong negotiation experience with demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Prior experience selling products or services in the financial institutions industry
  • Salesforce experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain and grow revenue generating relationships
  • Stable job history is a must (no job hoppers!)
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% in the US
