Our global Investment Banking client is seeking to recruit a lateral Vice President to manage and execute complex corporate finance transactions, provide strategic advice to clients and assist with identifying new business development opportunities across the Industrials sector.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute complex transaction engagement across the Industrials sector
- Manage the preparation of financial models and business valuations
- Perform marketing and business development and assist with identifying new business opportunities
- Perform company specific due diligence and industry research
- Prepare client presentations and execute pitches
- Participate in client marketing meetings and follow up on client requests
- Participate in strategic planning and client management planning initiatives
- Mentor and coach junior team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred
- 4+ years of corporate finance / M&A execution experience
- Industrials coverage experience
- Demonstrated business development acumen
- Ability to thrive in a highly demanding environment
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation analysis skills
- Exceptional client facing and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, creative, intellectually curious and strong leadership skills
