Our global Economic Research client is seeking to recruit (3) energetic and highly motivated Sales Executives to join their direct sales team.  You will focus on selling subscription and bespoke macroeconomic and financial research in the NY metro territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with both new and existing clients to drive new business development growth and increased sales wins
  • Conduct approximately 100 outgoing sales calls daily
  • Client base will primarily consist of global Asset Managers, Investment Banks, Corporate Banks and Multinational Corporations
  • Develop relationships with key consumers of economic research that lead to long-term revenue growth and repeat business
  • Schedule meetings with customers and pitch the firm’s products and services
  • Negotiate and close new business sales

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years’ of direct sales experience
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals seeking a career in direct sales
  • Street-smart individuals with strong people skills and the ability to influence others
  • Previous work experience in subscription based sales is a plus
