Our AM Law 20 client is seeking to recruit a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support the firm’s awards, rankings and nominations submiission process and assist with market research, thought leadership and content development for digital and social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Directly support the firm’s awards, rankings and nominations submission process
- Conduct market research and make thought leadership recommendations
- Assist with content development across the firm’s digital and social media platforms
- Evalute new award opportunities and assist with writing original content
- Oversee the awards industry calendar, monitor relevant awards opportunities and evaluate the success of internal awards submission programs
- Manage time sensitive project deliverables and deadlines
- Work closely with marketing senior management, partners and attorneys to coordinate the firm’s participation at industry events and awards ceremonies
- Assist with media relations initiatives including the preparation of relevant materials for media interviews and events
- Assist with content development for marketing collatoral and publications
- Perform special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years’ marketing support, communications focused project management or content development experience
- Prior law firm, non-profit or government industy experience preferred
- Advanced writing, research, project management and analysis skills
- Keen interest in building a long-term career in marketing and communications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, creative and detail oriented
