Our global Investment Banking client is seeking to recruit a lateral Investment Banking Analyst to join their TMT corporate finance advisory team with a primary focus on M&A deal execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support senior bankers and client engagements and play key role in finanical due diligence and transaction execution
- Draft proposals and marketing collateral and and participate in new business pitches, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations
- Develop target lists for potential buyers, investors and strategic partners
- Conduct in-depth industry research and trend analysis
- Perform complex financial modeling and valuation analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic record
- 1+ year of investment banking or corporate finance experience
- TMT industry M&A transacation experience a plus
- Highly motivated, confident and personable
- Superb communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Detail oriented with the proven ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Keen interested in building a career in the investment banking industry
