Fusion Staffing Partners is a leading Executive Recruiting firm based in Summit, NJ (NYC metro). We are seeking an Entry-Level / Trainee Executive Recruiter to join our Finance & Accounting Practice.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop client relationships which result in long-term repeat business
- Source candidates for open job orders using various internal and external resources
- Build client and candidate referral sources
- Screen, interview and present candidates for open job orders
- Understand and proactively manage client requirements and candidate expectations
- Prepare candidates for interviews and work to “close” candidates from the initial interview through to the presentation of a formal job offer
- Present and negotiate job offers to candidates
- Conduct industry research and gather pertinent market intelligence to stay abreast of current market conditions
- Provide superb customer service to clients and candidates
- Operate in an honest and ethical manner
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Outgoing personality is essential
- Willingness to be trained and work in a competitive team-oriented environment
- Ability to read people quickly and build relationships effortlessly
- Proven ability to thrive in any social situation (i.e., phone conversations, face-to-face meetings, email correspondences, etc.)
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Diligent, detail-oriented and self-motivated (i.e., a self-proclaimed overachiever, who does not want to be or need to be micro-managed)
- Thick-skinned with the ability to take constructive criticism
- Money motivated with the desire to earn uncapped commission and achieve professional success
- Recent college graduates and former college athletes strongly encouraged to apply
