Our AM Law 20 client is seeking to recruit a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support the firm’s awards, rankings and nominations submiission process and assist with market research, thought leadership and content development for digital and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly support the firm’s awards, rankings and nominations submission process
  • Conduct market research and make thought leadership recommendations
  • Assist with content development across the firm’s digital and social media platforms
  • Evalute new award opportunities and assist with writing original content
  • Oversee the awards industry calendar, monitor relevant awards opportunities and evaluate the success of internal awards submission programs
  • Manage time sensitive project deliverables and deadlines
  • Work closely with marketing senior management, partners and attorneys to coordinate the firm’s participation at industry events and awards ceremonies
  • Assist with media relations initiatives including the preparation of relevant materials for media interviews and events
  • Assist with content development for marketing collatoral and publications
  • Perform special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years’ marketing support, communications focused project management or content development experience
  • Prior law firm, non-profit or government industy experience preferred
  • Advanced writing, research, project management and analysis skills
  • Keen interest in building a long-term career in marketing and communications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, creative and detail oriented
