Our global Law Firm client is seeking to recruit an Senior Information Governance Analyst to support information governance and ensure electronic information is secured, monitored and ISO compliant.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day oversight support for electronic information monitoring and ensure information is secure and ISO compliant
- Review client information security and management guidelines and coordinate with various teams to ensure compliance with requirements
- Review and analyze third parties with privileged access to the firm and client information
- Support of the firm’s ISO 27001 initiative and 27701 PIMS privacy extension
- Respond promptly and accurately to IS assessments requested of firm clients and support of client audits of internal systems
- Oversee and monitor workflows with access to personal information
- Perform periodic reviews of business units and privilaged parties with access to information
- Monitor and review those with access to sensative information and ensure legitimacy
- Monitor and manage data loss prevention technologies
- Manage legal hold systems and implement legal holds
- Coordinate data collection from internal systems
- Coordinate data transfers for incoming and outgoing attorneys
- Assit with ad hoc information governance and compliance needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years’ information governance at a law firm or legal services firm
- Fundamental knowledge information governance and assurance principles and best practices
- Experience responding to internal and external client IT audit requests
- Knowledge of relevant laws and best practices relating to information assurance
- Information assurance or compliance certification preferred
