Our AM Law 30 law firm client is seeking to recruit a Practice Personnel Manager to provide staff development, personnel management, staffing/workload utlization and practice administration support.
Responsibilities:
- Support partners, attorneys and litigation practice leaders with professional development, staff ulitzation and talent management
- Analyze and monitor staff skills and department workloads and make recommendations on staffing and utilization requests
- Solicit and compile staff feedback on personnel, practice administration and professional development needs and identify and report any potential issues or concerns to senior management
- Assist attorneys and support staff with workflow ultization, training requirements and career development efforts
- Plan, coordinate and manage practice events
- Conduct staff exit interviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of law firm professional development, personnel management and/or practice administration experience
- Exceptional project management and time management skills
- Creative and outgoing with the ability to interact effectively with partners, attorneys and practice leadership
- Critical thinker with the keen ability to solve problems
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
