Our global Fintech client is seeking to recruit a Enterprise Sales Executive with large enterprise direct sales hunter, consultative sales and pipeline management experience in the global Fintech industry.
Responsibilities:
- Hunt and prospect new direct sales opportunities and managed the sales process from identification to close in the Financial Crimes, AML and Compliance Risk Management space
- Develop relationships that lead to recurring revenue in the region
- Develop relationships with C-level decision makers at top global and regional financial services clients
- Utilize a consultative sales approach tailored to provide solutions for specific customer requirements
- Create use cases and competitive intelligence to promote the firm’s value added propositions
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline designed to meet and exceed sales goals
- Oversee customer negotiations and manage the sales close process
- Utilized Salesforce to manage pipeline and customer activity
- Provide senior management with periodic sales reports and pipeline analysis
- Brainstorm with sales colleagues, marketing and senior management on new sales approaches and opportunity development
- Responsible for meeting quarterly and annual sales goals
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ enterprise sales hunter experience in the financial technology industry
- Experience selling Financial Crimes, AML and/or Risk Management technology solutions preferred but not required
- Demonstrated consultative sales experience
- Experience selling technology solutions to C-level executives in the financial services industry
- Demonstrated sales pipeline development and management experience
- Advanced negotiating skills and the ability to effectively execute the sales process from opportunity identification to close
- Demonstrated success developing relationships with key decision makers that leads to recurring revenue
- This position is remote and candidate can be based anywhere in the US
