Our AM Law 30 client is seeking to recruit a Senior Financial Analyst to perform financial modeling, forecasting and analysis and develop strategic pricing framework and prepare pricing proposals designed to drive revenue growth and client development objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review and present strategic pricing proposals to partners and attorneys
- Create financial models and perform financial forecasting and analysis related to client billing and pricing matters
- Create and implement economic forecasting models to project the financial impact of proposed pricing arrangements
- Liaise with Client Finance & Billing teams to ensure client and matter fee arrangements are implemented in accordance with guidelines
- Review and update billing management systems accordingly
- Collaborate on RFP’s
- Perform trend analysis and portfolio reporting
- Develop dashboards and performance reporting metrics
- Create budget and pricing templates for a variety of legal matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- CPA or MBA preferred
- 4+ years’ strategic pricing or financial analysis experience
- Demonstrated business intelligence and dashboard development experience
- Advanced Excel and Access skills with demonstrated exposure to SQL and VBA
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Law firm or management consulting industry experience preferred
