Our global Financial Services client is seeking to recruit a mid-level Structured Finance Analyst to analyze structured credit transactions throughout the Latin America region. Regional knowledge, Spanish/English fluency and structure finance experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive analysis of a variety of structured finance transactions across the Latin America region (i.e., government backed securities, guarantees, future flows, unsecured consumer loans, asset backed securities, RMBS, etc.)
- Analyze, assess and report on mitigating factors that may affect short-term and long-term credit quality
- Participate in due diligence meetings with key central bank, government and structured debt issuers
- Develop comprehensive financial forecasts and cash flow models
- Participate in the internal credit committees review process
- Communicate regularly with investors, industry analysts and the media
- Author and publish credit research and market trend analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
- 3+ years’ structured finance / credit analysis with exposure to the Latin America region
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills
- Keen interest in analyzing Latin America regional structured finance transactions
