Our global Fortune 500 client is seeking to recruit a Senior Manager Investor Relations to develop investor messaging and communicate the firm’s financial strategy to shareholders, oversee the quarterly earnings process and build strong relationships with sell side, buyside and ratings analysts. Relocation assistance available for candidates open to the Richmond, VA area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop investor messaging and communicate the firm’s financial strategy to shareholders, oversee the quarterly earnings process and build strong relationships with sell side, buyside and ratings analysts
- Create earnings materials, develop investor messaging strategies and support the quarterly earnings process
- Support investor outreach and prepare briefing materials for management in advance of meetings investors and analysts
- Prepare topical reports and press releases
- Assist with the development of the quarterly investor presentations and responses to anticipated analyst questions
- Assist in developing new investor targeting and outreach strategies
- Serve as the primary contact for retail investors
- Analyze and monitor sell side analyst reports and research
- Track and report on investors and shareholder base
- Work with senior IR management on messaging strategies related to earnings and financial results
- Travel to and participate in road shows and sell side industry conferences
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years of corporate investor relations at a publicly traded company required
- Experience with CRM and financial marketing information platforms
- Demonstrated ability to consume, analyze and synthesize complex financial information, metrics and reports
- Fundamental knowledge of financial modeling and valuation methodologies used by investors and analysts
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships and effectively communicate messaging strategies
- Advanced writing, presentation development and communication skills
