Our elite global Law Firm client is seeking to recruit a Space Planning Manager to provide hands-on support and white glove customer service for complex office operations projects involving space planning, operational logistics, office conversions, space optimization, facilities management and inter-office construction projects in an unstructured corporate environment with the ability to solve problems on the fly and with little supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support and white glove customer service for complex office operations projects involving space planning, operational logistics, office conversions, space optimization, facilities management and inter-office construction projects in an unstructured corporate environment with the ability to solve problems on the fly and with little supervision
  • Oversee project planning and execution and ensure logistics plans and project deliverables align with project objectives
  • Consistently monitor project timelines and mitigate issues and unexpected complications to ensure projects run seamlessly and on time
  • Provide consistent communication with key stakeholders, project participants and senior management regarding project status, changes, risk factors, mitigating circumstances, etc.
  • Develop project meeting agendas and manage weekly project meetings
  • Oversee operations team communications and delegate project priorities
  • Proactively analyze problems and mitigating factors and develop comprehensive solutions

Requirements:

  • Approximately 10 years supporting mid-sized office operations and office services
  • Experience supporting space planning, operational logistics, office conversions, space optimization, facilities management and inter-office construction projects
  • Polished demeanor, outgoing personality with demonstrated ability to provide superb white glove customer service in an unstructured corporate environment with the ability to solve problems on the fly and with little supervision
  • Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems without “hand-holding”
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage shifting timelines and priorities and be adaptable when objectives change
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
