Our elite global Law Firm client is seeking to recruit a Senior Training & Professional Development Manager to develop and execute interactive workshops and training programs and provide hands-on training and professional development for corporate associates (attorneys) in the US and London.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and and execute interactive workshops and training programs and provide hands-on training and professional development for US and London based corporate attorneys
- Provide leadership and strategy and work closely with partners and attorneys to develop cutting-edge workshops and training programs
- Solicit feedback on the effectiveness of training programs and continuously revise and update programs as needed
- Oversee training program timelines, structures and deadlines
- Assist with on-boarding new and lateral associates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- JD preferred
- 7+ years of training and talent development at large global law firm or professional services organization
- Sharp, motivated and polished with the proven ability to interact effectively with attorneys, partners and senior leadership
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and business writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and client service skills
- Strong project management skills
