Our elite Alternative Investment Management client is seeking to recruit a Investor Service Specialist to provide client service, marketing support, sales operations, RFP and investor reporting support for institutional investor business development and fundraising objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide client service, marketing support, sales operations, RFP and investor reporting support for institutional investor business development and fundraising objectives
- Assist in preparing, drafting and managing RFPs, DDQs and other investor data and reporting requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare and produce client, prospect and consultant reports
- Maintain and manage consultant databases (FactSet, Barra, etc.)
- Assist with various investor marketing initiatives and deliverables
- Gather information and data from various third-party sources for investor reporting
- Assist with compiling, preparing and managing materials for investor, consultant and prospective investor meetings
- Assist with ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
- Strong business writing skills
- Proficiency with Excel and databases
- Strong team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to RFPs and client reporting preferred
- Highly organized and motivated with exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to synthesize complex data
- NJ residency and the ability to commute to the office 3-days per week is required
