Our global Law Firm client is seeking to recruit a Conferencing Technology Manager technical, operational and business mentorship and leadership to the conferencing team, as well as design, implement, oversee and deliver audio, video and conferencing technologies for the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on leadership, mentorship, oversight and support for a team of conferencing specialists
  • Establish the vision, strategic road map and lead all aspects of department’s technology services
  • Manage daily operations of the conferencing technology services group
  • Facilitate, setup and support onsite and virtual conferencing needs at the firm
  • Implement processes and procedures to ensure all audio, video and conferencing events are fully supported and produced
  • Resolve complex audio, video and conferencing technical and infrastructure issues
  • Oversee the design, infrastructure, implementation and support for audio, video and conferencing solutions
  • Research and analyze new systems and conferencing equipment and make recommendations to management
  • Document technology standards, policies and procedures for end user support
  • Ensure staff reacts to business and client requests in a timely manner
  • Coach, mentor and motive departmental staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years’ conferencing, audio and video technology support experience at a law firm or professional services organization
  • Experience managing, mentoring, coaching and professionally developing junior staff
  • Demonstrated expertise supporting leading audio, video and conferencing technologies: WebEx, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, LifeSize, BlueJeans, etc.
  • Experience providing hands-on user support
  • Expertise with video conferencing technology and infrastructure
  • Superb communicator with exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer relationship, project management and negotiation skills
