Our global Financial Services client is seeking to recruit a Relationship manager to originate new business mandates with debt capital markets investment bankers and corporate debt issuers in the non-bank financials / specialty finance industry.


  • Originate new business mandates and drive long-term revenue with debt capital markets investment bankers and corporate debt issuers in the US non-bank / specialty finance industry
  • Collaborate with US and global relationship managers and other key stakeholders to execute a cohesive marketing strategy and support cross-border opportunities
  • Develop relationships that result in recurring revenue with existing clients and prospective customers
  • Promote the firm’s market capabilities and educate clients and prospective clients on the firm’s competitive advantages and value-added positions
  • Develop market intelligence, competitive analysis, and industry analysis
  • Assist with developing marketing materials, client presenations and pitchbooks


  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years’ debt capital markets, debt syndication or structured finance experience
  • Broad knowledge of the US non-bank financial and speciality finance industry
  • Fundamental knowledge of the investment grade and high yield corporate debt market
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation and client development skills
  • Travel required

Our global Investment Banking client is seeking to recruit a lateral Investment Banking Associate to lead due diligence and transaction execution across the financial institutions sector with a primary focus on M&A engagements.


  • Lead engagement planning, due diligence and execution
  • Assist with development and execution of client marketing plans and build relationships with clients and prospects
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members
  • Build complex financial models and conduct business valuation analysis
  • Prepare management presentations and marketing pitches
  • Develop target lists for potential buyers, investors and strategic partners
  • Conduct in-depth industry research and trend analysis


  • Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic record
  • 3+ years of FIG / Speciality Finance investment banking experience
  • Broad exposure to financial institutions, non-bank financial institutions and the speciality finance industry
  • Demonstrated M&A transaction due diligence and execution experience
  • Complex financial modeling and valuation analysis skills
  • Superb communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented with the proven ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
  • Keen interested in building a career in the investment banking industry
