Our elite global Law Firm client is seeking to recruit a Client & Market Intelligence Manager to perform market analysis, monitor macroeconomic and geopolitical trends and analyze complex data to identify business development opportunities and enhance client relationship initiatives for the global financial institutions practice.
Responsibilities:
- Perform market analysis, monitor macroeconomic and geopolitical trends and analyze complex data to identify business development opportunities and enhance client relationship initiatives for the global financial institutions practice
- Perform detailed analysis of industry sectors and clients to develop cross-selling strategies for key partners and attorneys
- Leverage data mining and technology tools to develop and maintain dashboards to measure KPIs
- Assist the business development team in developing sales desks, pitches and new business proposals
- Track ROI for business development initiatives and perform ad hoc projects as required
- Develop relationships with partners, attorneys and practice group leaders and assist with individual and practice wide profile raising initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of market research, market intelligence, legal operations or legal marketing experience
- Advanced research, data analytical and project management skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Critical thinker with advanced problem solving skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholder
- Strong interest in the financial services industry and keen desire to analyze financial industry trends and developments
