Our elite global Law Firm client is seeking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to lead, oversee and manage planning and execution of complex projects involving space planning, operational logistics, office conversions, space optimization, facilities and office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, oversee and manage planning and execution of complex projects involving space planning, operational logistics, office conversions, space optimization, facilities and office operations
  • Oversee project planning and execution and ensure logistics plans and project deliverables align with project objectives
  • Consistently monitor project timelines and mitigate issues and unexpected complications to ensure projects run seamlessly and on time
  • Provide consistent communication with key stakeholders, project participants and senior management regarding project status, changes, risk factors, mitigating circumstances, etc.
  • Develop project meeting agendas and manage weekly project meetings
  • Oversee operations team communications and delegate project priorities
  • Proactively analyze problems and mitigating factors and develop comprehensive solutions

Requirements:

  • Approximately 10 years leading complex office operations, space planning, construction, facilities, space optimization and/or office logistics projects from planning through delivery
  • Advanced project planning, management and execution experience
  • Demonstrated ability to identify project risks and issues and develop comprehensive solutions
  • Advanced stakeholder management, client service and project leadership experience
  • Ability to manage shifting timelines and priorities and be adaptable when objectives change
  • Highly motivated, creative and solutions oriented
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
