Our elite global Law Firm client is seeking to recruit an Executive Branding Communications Manager to raise the visibility of firm thought leaders (Partners, Practice Leaders, etc.) by identifying and securing influential B2B financial industry conferences, speaking engagements and sponsorship opportunitiesĀ  (M&A, Private Equity, Capital Markets, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Raise the visibility of firm thought leaders (Partners, Practice Leaders, etc.) by identifying and securing influential B2B financial industry conferences, speaking engagements and sponsorship opportunitiesĀ  (M&A, Private Equity, Capital Markets, etc.)
  • Advise partners and practice group leaders on building their brand visibility as industry thought leaders while supporting the firm’s brand and market position
  • Collaborate with partners, attorneys and practice group leadership to secure high-profile networking events
  • Manage and own relationships with conference organizers in the legal and financial industries
  • Oversee conference participation and engagement
  • Map out and manage the annual visibility calendar for attorneys, partners and practice groups
  • Ensure participation engagement with influential sponsorship opportunities, events and conferences
  • Work closely with business development and marketing colleagues across practice and industry groups to ensure individual attorney participation and engagement
  • Manage and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism preferred
  • 6+ years of executive visibility, public relations agency or related marketing communications experience
  • Experience identifying and engaging on financial industry speaking, sponsorship, event and/or conference opportunities
  • Advanced project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with senior executives or attorneys
  • Prior people management experience
  • Superb communications and presentation skills

Our elite global Law Firm client is seeking to recruit a Content Strategy Manager to work closely with business development colleagues and managed care practice attorneys to develop content, author thought leadership pieces and lead engagement efforts with external audiences to raise the firm’s profile.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop content, author thought leadership pieces and lead engagement efforts with external audiences to raise the firm’s profile
  • Write and edit compelling and informative content focused on the managed care audience
  • Review and edit content ensuring clarity and accuracy
  • Conduct research to stay informed about current legal trends, cases and developments within the managed care sector
  • Review, analyze and synthesize complex data and information to ensure accurate content development
  • Proofread, edit and polish content before publishing the final product
  • Ensure marketing content is without error, visually appealing and client and prospective client marketing goals
  • Utilize technology and legal trackers to digest legal changes needed to update content as required
  • Serve as the lead project manager for all content and thought leadership strategies for the managed care practice
  • Assist the business development team with maintaining and updating website and proposal content and managed care marketing collateral

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or Journalism preferred
  • 5+ years of marketing content development, journalism or writing/editing experience
  • Knowledge of the Managed Care industry preferred
  • Advanced writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data and information
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and judgement skills
  • Ability and willingness to work remotely
  • Ability to work long hours when required
