Our global Media client is seeking to recruit an Analytics Manager to own the analytics process and coordinate with key stakeholders across multiple agencies to collect, validate, and prepare operational and business data for reporting to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients, account management, application development and IT to own the end-to-end process of procuring data, analyzing and delivering clear reports and visualizations with the highest level of accuracy and integrity
  • Proactively implement continual process improvements and the development and growth of the analytics function to drive efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders across multiple agencies to enforce data standards and data submission timelines
  • Manage the logistics of the continuous process to collect data from a variety sources
  • Update mapping tables, SQL, files, and forms required to drive accurate reporting
  • Analyze complex data throughout the process to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Identify reporting inaccuracies and take direct remediation actions
  • Develop advanced analytics to drive business and process excellence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Information Technology, Mathematics, Finance or Computer Science preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant data analysis, data visualization or business analytics experience
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fundamental understanding of ETL and SQL processes
  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced technology and systems knowledge
  • Highly motivated, personable and collaborative personality with excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to work effectively with various key stakeholders across multiple agencies
