Our global Professional Services client is seeking to recruit multiple Business Transformation Consultants and Engagement Managers to lead client engagements and advise US based asset management, alternative investment management and wealth management clients on operational strategy, business transformation, process improvement, business integration and product delivery/go-to-market strategies. Candidates can be geographically based throughout the US and travel is required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and/or serve as a key member of client engagement teams
- Advise US based asset management, alternative investment management and wealth management clients on a variety of business transformation, process improvement, business integration and product go-to-market strategies
- Foster strong relationships with clients, deliver quality client service and assist with client marketing and business development initiatives
- Assist with the delivery of new products, features and strategic initiatives using the Agile methodology
- Assist clients with clients operational improvement, profitability management, finance and business integration and technology-enabled automation initiatives
- Foster inclusion, innovation and a team-oriented approach
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ client engagement experience in management consulting, professional services, asset management, alternative investment management or wealth management industry
- Fundamental understanding of process improvement, business transformation, operational strategy and/or product delivery concepts and methodologies
- Highly motivated, creative and inquisitive mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
- Willingness and ability to travel domesticall and internationally as clients require (50% minimum required)
