Our global Financial Services client is seeking to recruit a Credit Analyst to analyze Latam corporate credit quality with primary focus on the TMT sector.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive credit analysis for a portfolio of Latam corporates with primary focus on the TMT sector
- Analyze, assess and report on mitigating factors that may affect short-term and long-term credit quality
- Participate in due diligence meetings with key stakeholders and senior management
- Develop comprehensive financial forecasts and cash flow models
- Participate in the internal credit committees review process
- Communicate regularly with investors, industry analysts and the media
- Author and publish credit research and market trend analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese required
- 3+ years’ corporate credit analysis with exposure to the Latin America region
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills
- Keen interest in analyzing Latin America corporate finance transactions
