Our Distressed Hedge Fund client is seeking to recruit a Marketing Automation Manager to oversee the firm’s marketing technology and CRM platforms, analyze and manage complex customer data assist the investment team with digital marketing campaign design and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the Salesforce platform and the firm’s marketing auotmation and sales enablement technology platforms
- Research and analyze customer data, performance metrics and marketing analytics to solve data bottlenecks and streamline the sales engagement process
- Collaborate with senior management and the investment team to brainstorm, develop and execute cutting edge customer engagement initiatives
- Develop, execute and maintain digital marketing and sales engagement campaigns
- Develop digital content and consistent messaging strategies to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Manage brand engagement across a variety of digital and social media platforms
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ data management, marketing technology and digital marketing experience
- Demonstrated experience maintaining CRM (Salesforce preferred) and marketing technology platforms
- Advanced technical ability with Salesforce and customer data analysis
- Experience with marketing automation tools required (i.e., Pardot, LinkedIn Site Navigator, Outreach, etc.)
- Entreprenurial, motivated and outgoing personality with strong project management and time management skills
- Creative mindset and demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Keen interest in the asset management and alternative investments industry
- Flexible team player that is able well to adapt to change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior financial services industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required
