Our global Artificial Intelligence client is seeking to recruit a Director Pre-Sales Solutions to support the sales process from prospecting through delivery. The incumbent will have client-facing subject matter expertise in financial fraud, cyber-crimes and anti-money laundering technology solutions in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the platform subject matter expert and support the sales team in all aspects of the sales process
- Serve as the chief liaison between sales, product, delivery and professional services teams for new sales, cross and up selling, renewals and client retention initiatives
- Manage the RFP and RFI process and provide direct responses to customer questions
- Serve as the financial crimes industry expert
- Provide customized product demos demonstrating consultative solutions to clients, potential customers and partners
- Advocte product and platform value and how they can meet specific customer requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop customized product solutions
- Oversee and report on deal progress and escalate potential problems
- Assist in developing business cases, discovery efforts and presentations evangelizing technology and product value
- Work closely with professional services to address specific client requirements and ensure SOW will achieve stated criteria
- Assist sales team in winning and closing business and meeting revenue targets
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, conferences and seminars and serve as a product evangelist in new business development initiatives
- Ensure a smoth transition from initial sales prospecting through platform delivery
Requirements:
- CAMS or ACFCS cerification strongly preferred
- 7+ years’ financial crimes, cyber-crimes and/or AML experience required
- Demonstrated experience developing consultative sales solutions that leads to winning new business in the financial services industry
- Highly proficient technical ability with data management and data analysis
- Ability to become a product subject matter expert and platform evangelist
- Superb communication, interpersonal, presentation and client facing ability
- Advanced negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability and willingness to travel 50%+ (post-Covid)
