Our AM Law 50 client is seeking to recruit a hands-on Litigation Technology Manager to oversee and manage courtroom and out-of-court technology delivery and support, electronic resources, presentations and concierge services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage technologies, electronic resources, presentations and concierge services utilized by attorneys and other key stakeholders during courtroom and out-of-court proceedings
- Provide technical advice to key stakeholders during courtroom and out-of-court proceedings
- Install, maintain and administer courtroom and out-of-court technologies
- Plan and maintain courtroom and out-of-court technology resources and information security requirements
- Conduct site visits, logistics planning and related security assessments
- Work closely with administrative teams and vendors to ensure the delivery of concierge services
- Provide first and second level software and hardware technology support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of legal or courtroom technology support experience
- Advanced presentation software expertise
- Demonstrated ability to provide first and second level software and hardware technical support
- Advanced knowledge of technologies used in courtroom and out-of-court proceedings
- Prior experience managing site visits, technical logistics, concierge services and electronic presentations
- High degree of professionalism, discretion and client service skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required
