Our global Law Firm client is seeking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to serve as the chief liaison between the Project Management Office (PMO) and key internal business stakeholders primarily focused on driving the delivery of critical information technology, business intelligence, and data management projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the chief liaison between the PMO and business end-users to support the delivery of critical information technology, business intelligence, and data management projects
  • Utilize analytical expertise to make key recommendations to business end-users
  • Analyze and translate complex business requirements and specifications to facilitate strategic business decisions and actionable project deliverables
  • Perform in-depth gap analysis, market analysis and business intelligence research and clearly document findings
  • Analyze project requirements, process workflows and relevant business solutions
  • Lead workshops and meetings to gather end-user requirements and solicit feedback for best practices and potential process improvements
  • Make strategic recommendations to senior business management based on analysis and end-user feedback
  • Liaise with Project Managers and business end-users on project planning, requirement analysis and solutions forecasting
  • Stay current on industry trends, BI technologies and cutting-edge business analysis techniques

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years’ of Business Analysis / Project Management experience in the professional services or financial services industry
  • Demonstrated experience liaising with PM’s and business end-users to understand business needs, develop actionable requirements and deliver complex projects
  • Experience working through the entire project delivery lifecycle and developing clear and concise project documentation
  • Experience creating and documenting process workflows, use cases and funcational specifications
  • Experience leading workshops and managing tight project delivery timelines
  • Superb communication, interpersonal and business writing skills
