Our global Fintech client is seeking recruit a Client Relationship Manager with banking and broker dealer regulatory reporting subject matter expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to ensure reporting requirements are being met as issued by federal, state and international regulators governing the banking and broker dealer industry
- Serve as the subject matter expertise for all software and platform configuration and implementation initiatives
- Solicit customer feedback on key product features, pain points and desired product enhancements
- Advise customers on key product features and platform capabilities
- Continuously monitory regulatory updates and changes and advise customers on how they may impact their business
- Work closely with internal Product team to drive product enhancement and new product feature development based on feedback received from customers and changes / updates issued by regulators
Requirement:
- Subject matter expertise with relevant banking and broker dealer regulatory reporting requirements with a particular emphasis on FR-Y 9C, FFIEC 031/041/002, FFIEC 009, FR-Y 14’s, RWA reports, TIC reports, SEC 15c3-1 calculations, SEC Focus reports, SEC 15c3-3 reports, etc.
- Advanced business analysis, project management and platform implementation consulting skills
- Highly proficient client facing relationship management ability
- Fundamental ability to gather business requirements and inteact effectively with IT and Product teams
- Advanced knowledge of regulatory reporting software applications and source data
- Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time
