Our global Asset Management client is seeking to recruit a mid-level Product Manager to drive product strategy and product positioning for a variety of taxable and tax-deferred fixed income products across multiple sales distribution channels.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with product marketing, strategy and positioning for a variety of fixed income products (taxable and tax-deferred)
- Conduct market intelligence and product trend analysis to develop cutting-edge product content
- Work closely with portfolio managers and portfolio management teams to develop and execute compelling product strategies across multiple distribution channels
- Liaise closely with trading, compliance, accounting, legal and marketing to ensure a coherent product strategy is being executed
- Develop clear market alignment product line rationalization for each distribution channel
- Work closely with product marketing to ensure consistent marketing strategy across distribution channel
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- MBA or CFA preferred
- 5 years’ fixed income product management experience
- Broad knowledge of various fixed income products and product management strategies
- Fundamental understanding of product distribution channels in the investment management industry
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Series 65 preferred
