Our elite global Financial Services client is seeking to recruit an Analyst/Associate level Credit Analyst to analyze, model, evaluate and monitor fund financing facilities and investment debt products issued by investment funds, private credit funds and other related institutional and private investors.  Advanced Excel modeling and quantitative financial skills required.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, model, evaluate and monitor fund financing facilities and investment debt products issued by investment funds, private credit funds and other related institutional and private investors
  • Perform capital structure, collateral and cash flow analysis and evaluate factors that can negatively affect creditworthiness of investment vehicles
  • Conduct investor and issuers meetings and continuously monitor existing credit portfolios
  • Perform due diligence and risk management of investment processes and investment strategies
  • Author in-depth credit research reports for internal and external publication
  • Present credit findings to internal credit committees
  • Interact with media, key financial market participants and investment finance professionals to discuss market and industry trends
  • Attend and participate in industry conferences
  • Assist with developing best practices, automation tools and analytical tools
  • Supervise, coach and mentor junior staff as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • CFA designation strongly preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant credit analysis or credit research experience
  • Experience analyzing fund financing facilities, fixed income products, or structured finance products preferred
  • Advanced Excel modeling and quantitative financial skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize creditworthiness of complex fund structures
  • Fundamental knowledge of private financial markets and private investment strategies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fund finance products such as NAV loans, subscription credit lines, fund feeders, hybrid financing facilities, etc.
  • Strong capital structure, collateral and cash flow analysis skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel modeling
  • Proven ability to review and analyze legal documentation and fund structures
  • Advanced communication, presentation and business writing skills
  • Well development interpersonal and relationship building skills

Title Paralegal – Non-Disclosure Agreements (Alternative Investment Management)

Our elite global Alternative Investment Management client ($30B AUM) is seeking to recruit an experienced Paralegal with strong experience reviewing, drafting and managing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and various legal agreements and investment documents. The incumbent will also assist with KYC due diligence and reporting for investors and prospective investors.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft and manage various legal documents, investment documents and non-disclosure agreements
  • Support senior in-house counsel and coordinate with various internal stakeholders to ensure legal documents align with business strategies, firm policies, protect the firm’s reputation, adhere to regulatory requirements and mitigate potential risks
  • Assist senior in-house counsel with KYC compliance reporting and due diligence pertaining to investors and prospective investors
  • Maintain a centralized repository to track NDAs and legal documents and investment agreements
  • Manage and monitor all firm NDAs and ensure terms are logged correctly (i.e., renewal requirements, expiration dates, compliance requirements, etc.)
  • Provide comprehensive support to the legal team including, but not limited to project tracking, organizing records, documentation tracking, etc.
  • Assist with department best practices and process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years experience as a paralegal in the investment funds practice at a law firm, financial services legal department or relevant corporate legal department
  • Advanced experience reviewing, drafting and managing Non-Disclosure Agreements
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing, drafting and managing various legal agreements
  • Highly motivated and driven with a strong work ethic
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and business writing skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Willingness to learn and solve problems in real time
  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours and overtime hours to meet business objectives
