Our global Professional Services client is seeking to recruit an experienced Payroll Analyst with experience processing automated payroll in a fast-paced environment. Professional services or legal industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Process semimonthly payroll for 500+ employees (east coast / west coast based)
- Process overtime, pre-tax 401K and pension contributions, bonus payroll, voluntary benefits and other related deductions
- Reconcile annaul wage/tax filings and payroll tax withholdings
- Perform general ledger software uploads and expense and account analysis
- Work closely with HR and Accounting colleagues
- Work on special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years’ automated payroll processing experience
- Experience with ADP, Ceridian or Dayforce preferred
- Prior professional services or legal services industry experience preferred
- Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to work well with limited supervision
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
