Our global Fintech client is seeking to recruit a Technical Product Manager to serve as the key liaison between business, product and engineering teams to understand, develop and drive technical requirements, specifications and prototypes for platform and product development initiatives. AI/ML technology platform experience, hands-on software development experience and AML / Fincrime product experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business, product and engineering leadership to develop detailed requirements, designs and plans for system components
- Develop product requirements and specifications from R&D to prototypes and ultimately full enterprise solutions
- Establish best practices, communications and processes to work effectively with globally distributed teams
- Serve as the key liaison between Product and Engineering
Requirements:
- Mimimum 5 years as a technical product manager
- 5+ years experience in software development
- Demonstrated experience developing financial services and Anti Money Laundering solutions
- Demonstrated experience building big data and Machine Learning products
- Prior software development experience with one or more of the following: Python, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and/or Javascript
- Experience designing data visualization and interactive data analysis applications
- Ability and desire to develop detailed product requirements and documentation
- Experience communicating with globally distributed engineering teams
- Passionate about building innovative, cutting-edge and disruptive products
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Desire to work in a startup environment
- Entrepreneurial mentality with an ability to influence others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
