Our global Institutional Investment Management client is seeking to recruit a Front Office Investor Services Specialist with demonstrated experience managing client relationships across the institutional and alternative investment management industry.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a group of institutional investor clients across a variety of investment platforms (Family Offices, Pension Funds, Endowments, etc.)
- Analyze and review client requests and escalate potential issues as needed
- Respond to client data, performance and reporting requests in a timely manner
- Oversee the new client onboarding process
- Approve the final release of client reporting information (asset allocation data, performance data, NAVs, etc.)
- Work closely with front office, legal, compliance and finance teams to ensure holistic client service needs are met
- Assist with special projects, ad hoc requests and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of institutional investment industry client service experience
- In-depth knowledge of the institutional investment and alternative asset management industries
- Fundamental knowledge of investment data analytics and investment performance measurement methodologies
- Fundamental knowledge of fund accounting and financial reporting reporting
- Superb communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
