Our global Investment Banking client is seeking to recruit a Business Conflicts Specialist with prior experience identifying, analyzing and clearing potential business conflicts of interest in the investment banking industry.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with investment bankers and senior management to assess and clear potential business conflicts of interest across all businesses (M&A, Capital Markets, Advisory Services, etc.)
- Analyze complex information in a time sensitive environment
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues globally
- Escalate potential business conflicts to senior management and key internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years’ conflicts management experience in the financial services industry
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Fundamental knowledge of the M&A and Capital Markets transaction process
- Detail oriented, organized and creative problem solver
