Our global Financial Technology client is seeking recruit a mid-level Implementation Specialist to join their client-facing platform implementation team. The incumbent will have advanced SQL/Excel skills and client facing business acumen and will be a key member of the project delivery team working onsite with clients throughout the US (60% travel required).
Responsibilities:
- Interact frequently with customers to ensure reporting requirements are being met as issued by federal, state and international regulators governing the banking and broker dealer industry
- Serve as the subject matter expertise for all software and platform configuration and implementation initiatives
- Solicit customer feedback on key product features, pain points and desired product enhancements
- Advise customers on key product features and platform capabilities
- Continuously monitory regulatory updates and changes and advise customers on how they may impact their business
- Work closely with internal Product team to drive product enhancement and new product feature development based on feedback received from customers and changes / updates issued by regulators
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or Accounting preferred
- Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills with highly effective client facing relationship management ability
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills required
- Strong data analysis skills and demonstrated exposure to relevant banking and broker dealer regulatory reporting requirements
- Demonstrated business analysis, project management and platform implementation consulting skills
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R and Javascript a plus
- Experience working with Java based enterprise data management platforms a plus
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
