Our global Fintech / Enterprise Data Management client is seeking to recruit a certified scrum master Project Manager with demonstrated client-facing software implementation project management leadership experience in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee software platform implementation at client sites utilizing a solution development strategy and Agile methodology project management approach
- Serve as the scrum master and set and oversee the Agile methodology
- Manage project team members and implementation projects from start to finish and interact effectively with key stakeholders (application development, product management, professional services, etc.)
- Define project plans and delivery schedules
- Manage project risks and escalate issues to clients and senior management in a timely manner
- Lead project meetings and provide daily status updates to senior management and key client stakeholders
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4-6 years’ client-facing project management experience in a software solutions development and implementation environment
- Certified Scrum Master certification required
- Proficient knowledge of Agile and PMI methodologies
- Fundamental knowledge of the software solutions development process
- Demonstrated project planning, time management and project execution experience
- Ability to manage project teams
- Proficient with MS Project and MS Office
- PMP certification preferred
- Confident, motivated and creative personality
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25%
